Executive Board

Scott started as a parent watching his daughter play for Richmondtown Soccer Club in 2012. By 2014 he was asked to coach his first team the U7 Richmondtown Diamonds. During that time, he volunteered many hours to the soccer players and was given the opportunity in 2019 to be Director of Richmondtown Soccer Club. While being Director he was still coaching three teams and volunteering in Richmondtown’s Tiny Tots program.

Meghan Webb grew up playing in the league for St. Clare Soccer, now known as Great Kills Soccer Club, as well travel soccer in Long Island. She now coaches her children within the league as well as SISC. Meghan joined the Board in the fall of 2024 as the 4th VP. Her main responsibilities include tracking scores and maintaining the standings. 

Adam Baldari has been part of the Staten Island youth soccer community for years, both on the sidelines and behind the scenes. He coaches two Our Lady Star of the Sea Soccer teams — the Bengals and the Lions — a role he's held for a few years, and he serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Staten Island Youth Soccer League (SIYSL). Whether he's  running practices, developing young players, or helping steer league operations, Adam is committed to growing the game on Staten Island and giving kids a positive place to learn, compete, and have fun. 

Andre is a proud Staten Island resident with two children playing in the SIYSL. Driven by a desire to serve his local community, Andre has earned formal recognition from the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development for his impactful volunteer work. His main objective is to ensure the league continues to provide exceptional athletic and personal growth opportunities for every child on Staten Island. 

Jesse Powell serves as Treasurer of the Staten Island Youth Soccer League. A lifelong Staten Islander who grew up in Prince’s Bay and now lives in Silver Lake, Jesse is also a parent of 3 and a youth soccer coach representing Notre Dame Academy. He retired from the tech industry in 2025 after 19 years at Microsoft, where he held senior leadership responsibilities involving budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight. He also brings prior nonprofit and community board service as Treasurer for both the 50 Fort Place Cooperative (a 108 unit housing cooperative in the St. George neighborhood) and Brooklyn Treble Choir (a women's performing arts group.) He is grateful for the opportunity to support SIYSL’s mission and help strengthen youth soccer across the Staten Island community. 

Kaitlynn Murante is the current Director of Soccer at Sacred Heart. She was a former coach in the SIYSL, initially getting involved in the league while coaching her oldest son. She currently has two children still playing in the league. Through her years as director at Sacred Heart, she has helped strengthen and grow the soccer program.
