Executive Board

Diana DiLeo was elected president of the League in 2024. Diana is a long-time member of the Staten Island soccer community having played rec with St. Charles, travel with Staten Island United and was also a referee. Now you can find Diana coaching her kids’ teams for OLQP or at the clinic and festival play on Saturday mornings. 

Scott started as a parent watching his daughter play for Richmondtown Soccer Club in 2012. By 2014 he was asked to coach his first team the U7 Richmondtown Diamonds. During that time, he volunteered many hours to the soccer players and was given the opportunity in 2019 to be Director of Richmondtown Soccer Club. While being Director he was still coaching three teams and volunteering in Richmondtown’s Tiny Tots program.

Rob Modzelewski has been a long-time member of the Staten Island soccer community having played rec with Northshore Soccer Club, St. Adalbert’s, and Richmondtown Soccer Club. Rob also played travel with Staten Island United and for St. Peter’s Boys High School. Prior to joining the board in 2023 as a Trustee, Rob was an F licensed coach and Director for Blessed Sacrament from 2013-2023. During his time volunteering with Staten Island Youth Soccer league, Rob has helped with tournaments, field duties, and Senior Night as well as sitting on the Disciplinary and Hall of Fame Committee’s.

Meghan Webb grew up playing in the league for St. Clare Soccer, now known as Great Kills Soccer Club, as well travel soccer in Long Island. She now coaches her children within the league as well as SISC. Meghan joined the Board in the fall of 2024 as the 4th VP. Her main responsibilities include tracking scores and maintaining the standings. 

Kaitlynn Murante is the current Director of Soccer at Sacred Heart. She was a former coach in the SIYSL, initially getting involved in the league while coaching her oldest son. She currently has two children still playing in the league. Through her years as director at Sacred Heart, she has helped strengthen and grow the soccer program.

Jerrier has been involved with SIYSL in several capacities as SIYSL TOPSoccer program for 10+ years with TOPSoccer Certification (7 yrs. as Director), current\active SIYSL USSF Grassroots Soccer Referee (11yrs), and former soccer director\head (F-License) coach for St. Joseph Hill Academy (10 yrs). SIYSL is an amazing athletic organization, he is proud to be a part of offering tremendous opportunities to the local schools and communities.
