Log in to GotSport account as Club Admin (Should be blue)
On the left side menu open “Club Management” and Select “Team Registration”
Select “Registration” from the Top Menu
There are two events for the Spring Schedule – Select “Register” next to the event you would like to start with
You can register one team at a time or all teams at once. Below, the example uses an age group filter to sort teams. Directors should use the “Preferred Division” dropdown box to indicate where the team should be placed for the spring season. We will use these selections for the placement meeting as reference
Once you have all the divisions selected, check the boxes next to the teams to register and then select register at the top
If you do not select a division and try to register a team, the system will prompt you
Confirm the billing acceptance
Clinic and Festival Registration is only separated by two divisions, the time sessions
Teams that do not have an outstanding balance will be accepted and the confirmation will be sent to team contacts, please verify the information is correct! Once a team is submitted only a league administrator can change the name, age group, or gender. The email will come from “SIYSL Spring Season Event Info”
Director View (Blue):
> From your dashboard go to Teams
> Select the Team Name from the List
> Select Team Registrations from the top menu
> Select the scheduling event: 2025 Rec - Spring U7-U15 Schedule
> Select Scheduling Requests from the top menu
> Click on the day you need to request from the calendar
> At the top of the calendar a new box will open "New Request"
> Select the type "New Blackout" or "New Request"
> Double check your start date, click in the "Start Date" box and the calendar will open.
> Click "Create Schedule Param"
> Repeat all of the steps for EACH TEAM until you are complete.
> The team calendar will show the completed request.
From your Dashboard, select Club Management and then select Coaches from the dropdown.
Click the Requirements Status filer and select Incomplete.
Click the Requirement Type filter and select Eastern New York - Coach Certifications.
Click Search.
To send a message to your coaches who have an incomplete coach certification requirement, click the checkbox at the top of the list and select Send Message from the bulk actions options.
Here you will type the message you would like to send to your coaches who have a missing coach certification requirement. In the message, you can include the support article link - How to Complete the Coach Certification Requirement.
When finished with writing your message, you can either click Save (to send at a later date) or Send Now at the bottom of the page.
