Log In
Select “Team Management”
Click on your team name
Click on “Team Registrations
Click on the schedule event
Click on “Roster”
Click on the arrow to open the drop-down list
Select the current match from the list
Click Search
Click Photo Match Card
Coach View (Green):
> From your dashboard go to Team Management
> Select the Team Name from the List
> Select Team Registrations from the top menu
> Select the scheduling event: 2024 Rec - Fall Schedule Event
> Select Scheduling Requests from the top menu
> Click on the day you need to request from the calendar
> At the top of the calendar a new box will open "New Request"
> Select the type "New Blackout" or "New Request"
> Double check your start date, click in the "Start Date" box and the calendar will open.
> Click "Create Schedule Param"
> Repeat all of the steps for EACH TEAM until you are complete.
> The team calendar will show the completed request.
Once logged in to your GotSport account, click the Dashboard tab.
Click Details next to the Coach Certifications requirement.
First, click Check Records. This tool is to see if you have any certifications that can be pulled over from the Learning Center into your GotSport account.
Click Submit New Report.
Complete the coach certification requirement by filling out the information accordingly, including uploading a copy of your coach certificate.
To download your certificate from the USSF learning center, log in to your account by clicking here.
Select Coaching Education.
Click on your photo in the top right corner of your screen and select Profile from the dropdown. On the next page, you will be provided with the option to download your certificate.
When you have finished completing the coach certification requirement, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
The Coach Certification Requirement will now show as Pending on your Dashboard. Once the league has approved your submission, the status will change to Fulfilled.
There is an API between GotSport and the U.S. Soccer Learning Center. In order for the sync to work, there are three pieces of information that need to match: first name, last name, and email address. All three areas need to match exactly in both user profiles in GotSport and the Learning Center (please check the instructions file for more info).
Once logged into GotSport, click Certifications
Click Get USSF ID. This will sync your GotSport account to the learning center and bring over any completed courses you have done.
If you complete any certifications in the future, click the Certifications tab, and then click Get Licenses.
Log in to GotSport
Click on Dashboard
Requirements must be green and fulfilled. Any requirement that says expired must be completed.
Find Heads Up Requirement and click on details
Click on Launch Heads-Up
When screen opens up; click on Start Training and follow the instructions and complete the course.
After completion go back to your GotSport Dashboard Requirements Screen and find Background Check, click details and complete the background check and payment.
Go back to your dashboard requirements screen and fin Safe Sport; click on details
Click on Start Course
Sign Up for SafeSport USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USE FOR GOTSPORT (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS THE TWO WEBSITES USE THAT TO SYNC YOUR ACCOUNTS TOGETHER)
After you register; click on Enroll
Click on Catalog
You must complete Safesport Trained - U.S. Soccer Federation
Once this is done; your coaches' requirements should turn to green where you can roster them to the team.
